There will be a chance to venture out on a landscape and geology walk at Huggate on Friday, 27 May, from 9.30am - 3pm. Walk leader Richard Myerscough will explore the relationship between geology and landscape, as part of the UNESCO GEOPARK concept. At the end, walkers will be able to enjoy a cuppa in the café in the village.
This will be a six mile walk with several stops. Participants should wear walking boots or sturdy shoes for uneven ground in the outdoors, and bring a packed lunch and drinks. Dogs are not allowed on this walk.
