Vacancies for two councillors - Howden Town Council

There are two vacancies on the above council caused by one resignation and one non-attendance of councillors.
A by-election to fill the vacancies will be held if by Wednesday, 16 February 2022, 10 electors for the town council give notice in writing to the chief executive of East Riding of Yorkshire Council at County Hall, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU17 9BA claiming such an election.
If no such notice is given, the town council will fill the vacancies by co-option.
