Tech Time groups in six East Riding Libraries

Mon, 17 Jan 2022

For those East Riding residents who received new tech equipment at Christmas, Tech Time groups meet in six East Riding libraries to share and develop digital knowledge.

Everyone is welcome, from beginners to pros. Those attending should bring their own device, whether it's a tablet, laptop, smartwatch, or phone, and get to grips with it - from changing settings and using apps, to checking emails, taking pictures or catching up with friends.

Register interest in joining a Tech Time group at one of the following East Riding Libraries - Bridlington Central, Bridlington North, Cottingham, Goole, Hessle, and Stamford Bridge. Contact details can be found at: https://www.eastridinglibraries.co.uk/find-a-library/

Tablet Time groups will continue to run at Brough and Haltemprice.

Councillor Mike Medini, portfolio holder for cultural and leisure assets, said : "Learning is better when we learn together! I hope that anybody who would benefit from coming along to a Tech Time group will do so, and learn how to make the most of these essential devices, which are such a key part of modern life."
