The details below tell you other ways to pay, the safest way to pay your invoice is by direct Debit.
Post Office
You can pay free of charge at any post office with your barcoded invoice. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or debit card. If you do not have your invoice, you can request a copy of your bill by emailing corporate.billing@eastriding.gov.uk.
You should allow four working days for the payment to reach your account and remember to keep your receipt as proof that you have paid.

Customer Service Centres
You can pay at any of our Customer service centres, please check before you arrive for opening days and opening times as each centre differs.
Payments can be made by:
- cheque or postal order (made payable to 'East Riding of Yorkshire Council').
Please note: we will not accept any responsibility for cash deposited in any of our office letterboxes.

Payment can be made by cash, credit card or debit card. You will need your invoice number, which is shown on your invoice.

Cheques should be made payable to 'East Riding of Yorkshire Council'. Please write your name, address and invoice number on the reverse of the cheque.
Please note: we cannot accept post-dated cheques.
Cash payments should be sent by registered post. We will not accept any responsibility for cash sent by standard post.
