We own a number of garages, garage bases and parking spaces which can be rented, subject to availability. They are located in most urban areas and villages. Their locations are listed on the garage application form. You can apply for them by printing off, completing and returning the following pdf form.
You must also send a copy of your vehicle registration document (V5C) for the vehicle that you intend to store in the garage.

Applicants for garages must be aged 18 or over. We do not accept applications from current or former East Riding of Yorkshire Council tenants with outstanding debts for rents or repairs.
Our garages are for personal private use only and for the storage of a motor vehicle. They must not be used for the storage of any other goods (including petrol or flammable materials), or for commercial activities. Our garages must not be sublet to anyone else.
If you apply for a garage, base or parking space but there are no current vacancies, we will add your name to the waiting list for that site. Waiting lists are managed in date order, but council tenants will be given preference over non-council tenants. When a garage becomes available, we will contact you. If you would like to accept the tenancy you will be asked to sign the relevant tenancy agreement which lists your responsibilities as the tenant. It is important that you read all the conditions carefully.
