Service by appointment
Customer Services are available by appointment only.
For enquiries that cannot be done over the telephone or via the website, customers should still call (01482) 393939 to make the initial enquiry and an appointment will be arranged.
Our multi-service centres (MSCs) at Brough, Cottingham, Driffield, Haltemprice, Hedon, Hessle, Hornsea, Market Weighton, Pocklington and Withernsea also see customers by pre-arranged appointment only.
Call or do it online
Most enquiries can now be dealt with safely and easily by telephone or online. This includes renewals and applications for Blue Badges.
Please call (01482) 393939 and an advisor will be able to discuss your enquiry with you and if required, arrange an appointment at your nearest centre. Our peak times are Mondays and the day after a bank holiday. You may wish to avoid calling at these times.
Payments
All customer service centres and multi-service centres are open for payments. In order to make payments in the safest and fastest way, customers should bring a copy of their bill or barcode with them.
You can also make payments at your local Post Office or at any Pay Point outlet.
Please remember to take your account number or a bill that shows your barcode.
