Payment Facility Opening Times
Payment facilities will close half an hour before the centre closes. Cash, card and cheque payments can be taken.
Face-to-face Enquiries
If you are unable to find the information required online, residents can book a face-to-face appointment to see an advisor at this site. Appointments can be booked by telephone on (01482) 393939 or by asking staff on-site who will book an appointment for you.
Disability Access
Automatic doors, level floor or ramp access, and accessible for motor scooter users. Limited disabled parking in public carpark outside the building. Adapted public toilets/Radar key toilet available in public toilets adjacent to the building. Only assistance dogs are allowed on-site
